Help with filling IHS form for family visa Child

I & my wife have both ILR. Our Child were born in India. We are currently apply for her visa. After filling in the application I am redirected to IHS Website where it asks for "The person you're joining or remaining with"
That would be me. It asks for my visa route. I don't see any option mentioning ILR. There is 2 possible option I can think of

1. Option 1 would be to select Visa route as Settlement. When I select visa route as Settlement. None of the visa type there seems relevant. The list is a) Child & Other Dependent of Settled Person b) Civil Partnership c)Family Reunion -Other Dependent relative d)Husband e)PArent, Grandparent & other dependent relative f)

2. Option 2 would be to select visa route as Tier 2 General visa as that was my route to settelemt. However the visa type in the case is General partner upto 5 year which is not relevant as well.

I am planning of selecting "Visa route as Settlement" and Visa type as "PArent, Grandparent & other dependent relative". What do you think?

You select Child as the option.

Tier 2 is not relevant.

You apply using the Appendix 1 paper form in addition to the online form.

Which form you need to fill in depends on whether your parent has leave to enter or remain in the UK on a 5 or 10-year route to settlement as the partner of:

a British or Irish citizen
a person with indefinite leave to remain
a person settled in the UK - for example, they have indefinite leave to remain, settled status or proof of permanent residence
a person from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein who has pre-settled status - they must have started living in the UK before 1 January 2021
a person with a Turkish Businessperson visa or Turkish Worker visa
a person with refugee status or humanitarian protection
If they do, you must fill in the Appendix FM online form.

If they do not, you must fill in both:

the online application form
the Appendix 1 paper form

Thanks for your reply but probably I didn't explain my query well enough or maybe I misunderstood your answer. Once I fill in all detail of the application it redirects to IHS website to pay IHS fee. In that section it asks for visa details of the person the applicant is joining. I am asking what detail I should fill there? The options provided is the one I have mentioned in my original post. As much as I understand my visa type is not child visa. Do you mean that even though the section is about person applicant is joining the visa type should be of applicant?
