Holding valid Tier2 ICT ST dependent visa, can I apply COS

Hi,
I am holding valid tire2 ICT short term dependent visa which is valid till 9-May. Main applicant is in UK now but I moved to india 6months back. Now I got an opportunity to work in UK. Can I initiate tier2 ICT long term with valid COS provided my last dependent visa still valid for another 14days. ? If not what the process to cancel my dependent visa and initiate my own work permit visa ?

You can apply for whatever you qualify for regardless of holding an existing visa. Your current visa will simply be cancelled by UKVI if your other visa is approved.

Have you been working in India for the company for 12 months?? I believe this is a pre-requisite for an ICT visa.

Yes currently I am working in india more than 12 months.. I got an deputation opportunity in uk.

You do realise that ICT visas don't lead to ILR.
