Someone i know received this letter back in 2019, i doubt the legitimacy of this letter what do you guys make of it.

Attachment deleted as you have posted the full name and surname of a case worker. You have not been given permission to post an individuals personal details on an internet forum. Please do not do it.

Not sure why you believe the letter is not legitimate. You have given no details of your "friend" and their immigration circumstances for anyone to comment about anything.
