Housing inspection for spouse visa

Does anyone know what are the criteria for house inspection for spouse Visa application, I'm on the verge of applying spouse Visa for my who is currently living outside the EU, but I don't currently know about the requirements for the house inspection and the needs for it. Your advices will be highly appreciated.

Do you live in a property exclusively on your own or do you live in a house share with other non related adults??
