How to apply Dependent visa for my husband

I am a tier 2 general migrant fore 3years and i came to uk in january . I would like to apply for my husband as dependent so we created an account but we are not aware of what we should fill in for reason for visit ,visa type and sub type . Can anyone help me out . If this was answered earlier i am sorry i could find them pls help me out

Thank you so much ..... can i ask u something about sponsorship is it me or should i ask my sponsor and the address to be filled in is the one of accomodation and not my sponsors address is it so ?

I have one more doubt ... my husband was working in saudi for more than 8 years and he has resigned from there shud he add the details about it ?? Shud he get papers from there ?

So he need not submit any papers but shud add that he was in saudi as it is in the passport that he has travelled there

Can we fill in for maintainence as dependant's(husband's) 3 months bank statement and main applicant's (my) 3 months pay slips is that ok?
