How to inform ukvi about an incident after ILR application application is made

Post by Jahanbhola07 » Mon Nov 30, 2020 4:56 pm

Dear Fellow Members,
I made an ILR (SET LR) application at the beginning of September 2020.
I have recieved an SJPN letter at the end of October about a speeding offence happened back in July 2020 with two charges.
1. Speeding (37 miles on 30 MPH road)
2. Fail to give information of the driver.
I have pleaded gulty for the first offence and not guilty for the second along with appropriate explanation.
The decision on my SJPN is now made, 3 penalty points along with £58.00 fine is imposed for the first offence. And police has withdrawn the second charge, so I didn't have to go to court for the trial.
So now my question is how can I notify UKVI about this? As my application is still pending and probably due for a decision within a week. Thanking you all in anticipation.
