how long will the BRP take to arrive

We made a FLR M application for my wife today. After scanning the documents at sepra centre. We received an email after 6 hours that your FLR M visa application have been approved. You will receive the BRP in due course.

My question is my wife has to travel urgently, does any one know how long the BRP usually takes to arrive?

Is there any way or chance of contacting the home office to expedite the process

BRP card usually arrive in 7-10 working days through DX courier. In most cases it even arrive earlier than that.
