HOW MANY APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED ??

When going through the recruitment process, how many applicants does my employer have to interview/consider in order to satisfy the Work Permit office requirements?

At a guess, all those which applied and met the job requirements. If they are specifically looking at employing you, I would also assume they would have to consider any applicants who are equally or better qualified. But I'm just guessing here

As long as the post has been advertised for 28 days (and proof of this can be provided), there shouldn't be a problem. It could be the case there are no applicants. For my wifes previous job, there was only 1 other applicant who didn't have the right skill set, so she got the job easily.
