Hi
I’m on ICT visa now and recently submitted documents to switch on Tier 2 dependent visa (my partner is on Tier 2 general visa).
Can I resign from my job while I’m awaiting decision and stay in the UK?

You can, but you cannot work for anyone else until you have your new visa.
