Hello,
I submitted my wife's (American) visa application online on September 9th.
She attended biometrics on September 14th.
We submitted documents to Sheffield Decision Making Centre on September 16th.
They acknowledged they received it on September 17th.
On the 4th of December I sent a tracking request via the UKVI website via email. They responded that the application had been processed and a decision has been made. A few hours later I was doing some online banking and I saw £638 had been refunded from 'Imm Healthcare Surcharge'.
What does this mean? Does this mean the application has been refused OR rejected? Also, I don't see how it can be because I met the all the criteria very strongly and also provided a box load of documents.
Please help.
Regards
