IHS payment for Tier 1 dependant applicaition error URGENT

HI,
I am trying to pay 600£ for my wife Tier 1 General dependant extension application but when it fill in all the details it comes up as zero in payment and produced an IHS reference number what should I DO now.

Please help.

Are you selecting the correct dates valid from/expiry that you require and are you sure you are selecting the correct sub category under PBS Dependent (Tier 2 ICT dep don't pay, which is why I am asking)?

How long has your wife been in the UK as a matter of interest?
