IHS Refund - Change of Employer - Which Bank Account

Hi All

Could you please share which Bank Account the IHS is refunded to, for overlapping periods, when changing employers? Is the IHS transferred to Bank Account used to pay for the previous employer application, or the most recent employer application?

I paid for the IHS using my personal Bank Account for the previous employer application. However, the new employer paid for the IHS using a third-party immigration services.

Thanks so much, @CR001. Sorry to sound extremely silly, but do you mean the Bank Account used for the previous application?

If a refund is issued for a previous application, it is refunded to the account/card used at that time.

My apologies @CR001. For which application is the IHS is refunded? Is it refunded for the previous employer application, or my new employer application?

That would help me understand if I need to watch for the refund in my personal account where I paid from my previous application, or reach out to the third-part immigration services company who paid for the new employer.

The refund will be paid to the original form of payment for the first application, on a pro rata basis for the time remaining in the leave.
