IHS surcharge payment . Does not show dependents in summary page

Hello,
I am applying for Tier 2 General . I have filled the form. Added my wife and kids in the form as dependents. When i go to pay IHS . it says "You do not have dependents" .
My wife and kids will be coming with me. I will fill another form after my form is completed. I do understand that each dependent wil get different IHS number after they pay
So the question is, why does IHS says no dependents when i go to pay ?
Why does it not take from the form ?

Each applicant completes their own visa application form as far as I am aware.

Yes each dependent will fill their own form.
Each will generate their own IHS number
So it is best to ignore the "You do not have any dependnets in IHS surcharge summary page"
