IHS Top up key has been cancelled. Unable to make the payment

Hi Everyone,

I got an email from UK Visas & Immigration on 6th Oct that I need to make the payment for IHS for my husband visa. They have provided the link for making the payment, but when I tried to open the link it said that your top up key has been canceled.
I tried contacting UK visa helpline support on the next day i.e. 7th Oct, they told me that they have escalated the issue and that I will get the link in 2-3 days.

Its already been 21 days since then. I tried contacting the support team every second day to get an update, but they don't have any other information with them. Today i.e. 25th Oct, I contacted the team again, they told me that they have escalated the issue and provided me with new reference number and again I have to wait 15 days to get the link. No one is helping me in this matter.

Can anyone please suggest what can be done in this matter. It's very urgent for my husband to get the visa, as I am already in UK and met with an accident. I am all alone and he needs to be with me as soon as possible. I am feeling very helpless :(

It will be very helpful if anyone can help me in this matter.

Yes I have skilled worker visa. My partner has applied as dependent on me.
I am not sure how to get the link for the payment.

Did you pay IHS for dependent when you applied and if yes, how much did you pay?

When I applied for dependent visa, it didnt asked for the payment. I got the IHS number without making any payment. I tried different ways to get to the payment page, but I didn't get through.
As I got the IHS, I went ahead. He attended the biometrics with VFS global on 19th September.
On 6th Oct, I got the link for IHS payment of 181819.12 INR from no-reply@www.immigration-health-surcharge.service.gov.uk
But that link didn't worked. It was saying that top up key has been cancelled.
The email stated that make the payment of 181819.12 (INR) by 13 October 2022.
If the payment isn’t made by 13 October 2022 your visa application may be rejected or refused, and you’ll have to apply again.

I contacted UK visa support the next day, but they are giving very automated replies and asking me to just wait. I also mailed ihs.sheffield@fco.gov.uk, but haven't heard from them

Can we make the payment using the above link? Is it allowed?

That is the link I already provided.

Unclear why you did not try this prior to the deadline you were given.

As that link is used while initially applying online. Now I cannot use this link as I already have IHS number.

Hello hope you are fine. I am also facing the same issue. I got my link on 19 Oct and it is cancelled and escalated my issue next day but still not got any response. Have you got your new link or not?
