I'm currently on a spouse visa and I'm now applying for my ILR and need to submit my documents, but the new website (TLS) they use to have me submit my documents does not list what I need to provide (at least not from what I can see). The gov.uk website says that I may need to provide additional documents depending on my circumstances and that I'll be told what documents I need, but I can't find an official list.
The lists I have found say the following:
Your valid passport
Proof that you can speak English well (if you had to take an English language test)
Proof that you passed the Life in the UK test
Two passport-sized photographs
Details about any times you have been out of the UK
A copy of your biometric residence permit (if you have one)
Information about where you live in the UK. E.g., tenancy agreements
Birth certificates for any children you have (if they are applying with you)
A letter from a doctor if you have a long-term health problem
Evidence that you live with your partner if you are applying with them (E.g., shared tenancy agreements)
Information about your finances, such as bank statements
Police registration certificate (if you were asked to register with the police)
Documents that show changes in your circumstances.
Can someone tell me if this is accurate or if there is a list on the TLS website that I am missing?
Also, I am currently out of work (I was laid off) and my husband and I are living off his paycheck. Do we need to provide his payslips like we've had to for the visa renewals, or does it want my finances?
