ILR Application based on 10 years Route

Hi All,
Good Morning, I am planning to apply for ILR application for my wife based on 10 years route and her immigration status is as mentioned below.
Tier 2 General Dependent Visa [From 21/10/2014 To 14/4/2017]
Tier 2 General Dependent Extension Visa [From 18/1/2017 To 24/1/2020]
FLR(M) visa [From 26/11/2019 To 25/06/2022]
FLR(M) Extension Visa [From 09/05/2022 May 09 07/12/2024]...>This is Her Current Visa

My wife first came to UK on 21/10/2014 and she will be eligible to ILR based on her 10 years stay on 21/10/2024.As she is eligible for ILR 28 days before her 10 years stay which is on 21/10/2024, Hence We have applied for ILR using SET(LR) application.
Now I would like to confirm that whether we have used right form or nor, so Could you guys please confirm that we have used right application for ILR process..

There is only one form for 10 year long residence ILR, which is SET LR.
