ILR Application - Documents - Spouse Visa route

Hi,
I posted these questions a week ago, didn't get any reply. can someone please advise .
I am about to apply for ILR for my wife

1- What documents we need to submit for both (Sponsor(British Citizen) and the applicant) ?
2- Does she need to enrol for Biometric, when/How ?
3- Do we need to book document scan/document upload service ?
