ILR application for my son turned 18

hi.
my son turned 19 year at the time i applied in my ILR application in apr 2019.
my 2nd some shall be 17year 11 month in april 2019.
they are both dependent visa on me.
how can i apply for there ILR.

my son shall be 19 year once i shall apply ILR under tier 1 entrepreneur in next apr 2019.
my 2nd son shall turn to 17year and 11 month at the time of application in apr 2019.
do i add them as my dependent children or independent application.
same supporting documents shall be used for both children.

How do you qualify for ILR in 2019 as a previous post you said you got entry clearance in January 2017??
