ILR Application on 5 year partner route

Post by Faireena » Sat Nov 23, 2024 2:06 pm

Hello everyone, this is regarding my ILR application on 5 years partner route and I have a few questions, I will be grateful if someone here can answer them please ,

1. Expired B1 certificate used in last FLR (M) can be used right ?

2. Husband is the sponsor here, he has got a constant basic salary seen in his payslip as basic pay ( above financial requirement) . His premiums and overtimes differ so technically pay coming each month is not same . There is a question on the online form that say if his pay is constant and above financial requirement . His basic pay ( seen in payslip clearly as basic pay ) is indeed constant and above financial requirement but his overall pay every month is not same as premiums and overtimes differ. Do I choose another option that his pay is not constant but above financial requirement? Also in that case will I need to provide 12 month payslips

3 both my husband and I jointly own a property . For accomodation proof , will a letter from the lender ( Natwest) stating that my husband and I have a residential mortgage with them on our property and council tax bill be sufficient ? The council tax bill that I have is from March 2024 but the Mortgage letter is recent . Is there a 28 day rule for this council tax bill like in case of payslips and bank statements? And do I need additional proofs ?

4. The 28 day rule for Paylsips and bank statements is calculated considering the day of online application submission right and not when the documents were uploaded on the commercial partner site ?

5. My BRP expires on 31/12/24, what if I don’t get a biometric appointment until then due to Christmas holidays, will that be a problem ?

1. Yes
2. Choose constant pay, extras do not matter
3. That will be enough.
Also, provide cohabitation evidence. See: All you need to know about cohabitation evidence
4. Only the date of online application submission matters
5. No. Section 3C applies.
