ILR Baby Born in UK

Post by Farooqui » Tue Jan 13, 2015 10:21 am

Hi,
I'm on tier 1 general visa, my wife and baby are dependent, my baby is born in UK and currently hold Tier 1 dependent visa.

Me and my wife are going for apply for ILR this month which is due to expire early next month, my question is do I have to include my baby in ILR or can I directly apply for her naturalization once we get the IRL.

I'm afraid that baby visa may run out before we get our ILR sorted, please advise.

Many thanks
Farooqui

UK-born baby may skip ILR. S/he will be entitled to register for British citizenship directly after a parent is granted ILR.
