ILR Bank Statement

Hi,

Just wanted some advice. My wife will have been in the UK for 5 years on 6th March 2022. She went to Pakistan in 2019 for 8 weeks.

When can I apply for ILR? Is it 28 days before the 6th of march?

Her BRP shows expiry of 23rd July 2022.

Yes, provided she has been on a spouse visa for 5 years and did not initially come on a 6 months Fiance visa as that is not counted.

I am about to send off ILR Application. I have 5 months bank statements that came in the post. Last one can I use online pdf or should I wait 2 weeks for statement to be generated and for it to come in the post. I bank with Lloyds.
