ILR child application question

Post by Vincy1989 » Wed Feb 17, 2021 7:43 pm

Quick question around child indefinite leave

My husband is British and I have indefinite leave. Do you know if our daughter who is 7 years old will need to live in the UK for the 5 years period before we can apply for her indefinite leave?

Thanks in advance.

Why didn't you include the child with your ilr application?

Apply now for the child on form set F.

Thank you CR001. We processed separately due to the cost as we recently bought a house and used most of our savings for the deposit. As we are now settled in our home, the plan is to submit her application and then we naturalise together.
