ILR decision query

Post by R1993 » Thu Nov 21, 2024 12:22 pm

Hi Guys
Please can you help. I submitted ILR application for my wife in August and have recieved response from home office twice asking for the same information. They require proof of address letters for the past two years. I have submitted 15 in total, 6 each in both of our names and 3 joint bank statements from the past two years. I meet all the other requirements but they state that if not provided again in 10 working days they will continue the application based on the information they already have.
I just wanted to ask if it would be anything to worry about if they continued using the existing info as i have already provided the letters evidence. Thank you in advance

Thank you, i will send them again. Just another question, would it cause an issue for my application if they continue with the existing info, as I have provided all the other documents and meet all the requirements too. Thank you

For some reason, they did not see your cohabitation documents. Otherwise it should be all good
