ILR Dependant

I have few question regarding ILR dependant and seeking for some suggestions please:

My husband is on Tier 2 ICT and will be completing 10 years on June 13th 2020 and our visa is valid till July 14th 2020. He will be applying for ILR soon.

I am on dependant visa and came to UK in August 2010 and will be completing 10 years on 14th August, but my visa is valid till July 14th 2020.

1. Should we apply ILR as a family(3 members)? If we apply as a family using priority service, are the priority charges (800£) is it for all 3 members or individually we have to pay 800£ each?
2.If we apply as a family whether i will get ILR or a spouse dependant, as i wiil be eligible or completing 10 years only after August 14th?
3. Should my husband apply first and then we proceed later?
4. Our kid was born here, so for naturalisation process one of parent should be ILR holder, so in this case is it possible to apply for ILR(for parent) and naturalisation (for kid) together? Or do we have to get ILR first and then apply for naturalisation?

It is £800 EACH. Note that you don't qualify for ILR yet. Also note that Set(LR) form does NOT allow dependents to be added to the application. Each person apply for ILR based on long residence must meet the requirements individually on their own.

You don't qualify when your husband does. You should apply online shortly before your visa expires and book your biometric appointment when you meet the requirements.

Yes. Each person has to meet the requirements on their own for long residence ILR. Presumably you are asking about yourself, your husband and another child born abroad?? A UK born child doesn't need ILR but your post refers to 3 members.

No you can't.

Yes, only ONE parent needs ILR. Note also that children are REGISTERED as British. Only adults are naturalised.

Just to clarify, my son was born here in 2013 and if I am correct one doesnt qualify for citizenship by birth unless one of the parents is citizen or ILR holder.

Correct. A Child born before a parent gets ILR is not British. Once either parent gets ILR, the UK born child has an entitlement to register as British and does not need ILR first (as a child born abroad does).
