ILR Dependents Queries

Could the experts in the group help with a few clarifications associated with ILR Dependent application please.

I have already received my ILR via the Tier 2 General Visa 5 year route. My Dependents were initially granted Tier 2 Dependent partner and Tier 2 Dependent Child visa. Since they were not eligible for ILR at the same time as me, we had to get their visa extended under the Visa Category - "PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner" (old Tier 2 general is now called Skilled worker) dependent category. They are now having the visa - Dependant Partner Leave to Remain and Dependant Child Leave to Remain.

Now they are eligible for ILR as they have completed the 5 year anniversary.

1) What is the right application form to use for applying their ILR - Is it SET O?
2) What is the right visa category to apply for their ILR - Is it Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant ? (In Set O form, this is the closest option that i am able to see, there is nothing called Dependent Leave to Remain)?
3) In the SET O form based on the above choices, it requests the details of the "Person they are joining or accompanying" which would be me. For the question "Choose the route that your spouse has applied for or been granted" - Choices here were Tier 2 General, Skilled Worker. We are planning to choose "Tier 2 general" how ever the dilemma is currently since i have my ILR but there is no option to select that in SET O form, hope "Tier 2 General" is correct choice here as that was the visa route via which i got my ILR.

1. SET(O) is correct
2. It is now skilled worker
3. Choose your previous status

On the SET O form, it is requesting Consent for:
1) Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?
2) I understand that by ticking this check box I am giving consent to verification checks. I will provide a declaration signed by each of the other joint customers on an account with a bank or utility company

How ever in the list of required documents, it has not requested for any bank statements, utility bills etc. For a dependent ILR application, is it required to furnish bank statements or utility bills? If it is not required what is the purpose for the consent being requested for?

You are required to provide 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names or individually addressed to each of you, from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months. This is the subsisting relationship requirement stated in the immigration rules.

Are we required to submit the bank statements of my wife who is applying for ILR?

There is NO financial requirement or salary requirement for SET(O) PBS Dependents applying for ILR.

You can use bank statements as one of the sources to prove cohabitation.
