You cannot apply for ILR as a PBS Dependent based on 5 years residence if your husband applies for ILR based on 10 years long residence. The rules no longer permit this. You will have to switch to FLR(M), which will be a new 5 year (2 x 2.5 year visas) residence period before applying for ILR based on 5 years residence (or 10 years long residence if you reach that first).I wii be finishing 5 years on 20/10/2019 on Tier 2 general dependent visa and would like to apply for ILR on oct 2019 along with my husband who is applying for ILR based on 10 years route..We are going to apply for ILR visa at the same time through premier service.
See comment above. Your FLR(M) application success will depend on your husband getting ILR.Now I would like to know that does my ILR application outcome depends on my husband's ILR application outcome ie
FLR(M) yes, IF you meet all the requirements. If my husband's ILR application is successful then my ILR application will be successful
If your husbands ILR LR fails, your FLR(M) will also fail. You will lose your fees.If my husband's ILR application is not successful then will ukvi will reject my ILR application??
Yes, in 2019.kramya wrote: ↑Wed Apr 04, 2018 9:19 amHi CR001,
