ILR evidence question - Bank statements not corresponding to payslips

Post by ayreb00123 » Sat Sep 16, 2023 9:23 pm

My wife is applying for ILR via spouse visa 5 year route.

I am her sponsor and meet the income financial requirement.
However, I have a question about providing the last 6 months worth of payslips and bank statements.

We intend to submit the online application next week (20/09/23)
My latest payslip is for 31/08/23 however my latest bank statement ends 26/08/23
Therefore my latest monthly bank statement does not show the latest payslip payment. I have provided payslips and bank statements going back 7 months so there are 6 salary payments shown but the last one shown on my bank statement is 31/07/23
Is this satisfactory? Or do I need to to also provide an interim statement showing bank transactions from 27/08/23 to 31/08/23?
Both payslips and bank statements are downloaded from online as pdfs.

You need the August bank statement to show your salary payment.

Download online statement or go into bank and ask for a monthly print out etc
Char (CR001 not Casa)
