Hi Thanks for reply BUT i have got my ILR (10year LR route) now, so how can it be SW dependant route extension?
The new rules allow this, they changed earlier this year.pradeep1382jais wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2023 10:56 amHi Thanks for reply BUT i have got my ILR (10year LR route) now, so how can it be SW dependant route extension?
The apply for PBS dependant extension page says WITHDRAWN. Also somewhere it says the extension would be min 3 years (that means i have to pay NHS charges for 3 years ) where as my son will be eligible for ILR in Aug 2024 (so will be my wife, she will be completing 5 years on her SW visa). So is there any other way/route where i dont have to unnecessary pay for 3 years extension for my son??CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2023 12:47 pmThe new rules allow this, they changed earlier this year.pradeep1382jais wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2023 10:56 amHi Thanks for reply BUT i have got my ILR (10year LR route) now, so how can it be SW dependant route extension?
ILR clock does NOT reset for skilled worker dependants when the main applicant settles under the long residencepradeep1382jais wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2023 10:56 amHi Thanks for reply BUT i have got my ILR (10year LR route) now, so how can it be SW dependant route extension?
