ILR for PBS Dependant

I came to UK in 2016, 4 months after my husband(partner) & currently on TIER 2 GENERAL DEPENDENT VISA. My husband(partner) has got his ILR in June 2021 and now I am also eligible for ILR as my qualifying period 5 years is complete. Please advice under which Category should I (TIER 2 GENERAL DEPENDENT VISA) apply for ILR as I am on dependent VISA & doesn't have sponsorship ? Will it be SET M ?

Form Set O is the form.

Set M doesn't apply to you.

I am currently in the UK and Gov.UK website shows below :

Settle in the UK as the partner of a person, or parent of a child, who is in the UK and settled here: form SET(M)
Form to apply for indefinite leave to remain in the UK if you are the partner of a person, or parent of a child, who is present and settled in the UK.

As my current situation is that I am a partner of a person who has ILR.

You don't hold a qualifying visa to apply on form Set M.

As a PBS dependent visa holder for 5 years, you can only apply on form SET O.

For documents related to financial status in SET O, as a dependent what I need to show ? Please see I am working currently in a recruitment firm. Work wise I worked from 2016 until 2019 & took a break. Joined back work from August 2021.

There is NO financial or maintenance requirement for Set O and your employment is irrelevant.

Please can you help us know under which category of Set O should I need to apply for my wife who is currently on Dependent visa. Will it be "Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant" ?

2. Current Biometric Residence Permit for Mrs X

Same BRP in 2 suffices for the request in 1.
