ILR for Pbs dependent when main applicant is settled as British Citizen

Hi All,
I came to the UK in March 2017 on a Tier 2 General Visa. In February 2022, I got Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), and in October 2023, I became a naturalized British citizen and received my British passport.

My wife and child arrived in the UK in June 2019 as Tier 2 PBS Dependents. They are still on the same visa. I now want to apply for ILR for them since they have completed 5 years of continuous residence and have passed the LIFE IN the UK test. Can you please guide me on which route to take for their ILR application and provide me with the correct link to initiate the application?

She needs to meet the B1 English language requirement too, not only LIUK test.

It is form SET O for their ILR.
