ILR for spouse dependent: continuous 5 year period calculation

Hi
I need to apply for ILR as a spouse of British citizen. When does my qualification period starts
its confusing like when I entered UK or when I was granted permission. I entered on 11 march 2013 so could you suggest when would be the right time for me to apply if I can apply 28 days before qualifying period

It counts from date of entry to the UK. You can apply anytime WITHIN 28 days before 11 March 2018.
