Ilr for spouses visa

Hi all,

I am applying for my ilr after being on spouse visa for 5 years

Here are my questions and appreciate your help:
Is there a link to list of all documentation needed so can read and prepare? ( see below on what I believe I need)

For ilr, can you apply using priority or need super priority at £800? Some where i read the £500 is not available for ilr which is 5 days turn around

Does your time on fiance visa count toward 5 years or no?

Finally can you apply 28 days before it is 5 years?

6 month bank statement sponsor

6 month payslip sponsor

Letter from employer sponsor confirming duration of employment, salary and confirming payslips

House title deed

Bills covering last 2 years for both of us

Copy of mg husband passport

My passport and brp

Life in the uk

Trinity colleage b1 test

If applicant’s income meets the financial requirements, this can be used instead of that of the sponsor.
