ILR FORM Confusion

Post by Annbenjamin9 » Sat Jan 25, 2014 10:37 pm

Both my husband & I are applying together for ILR in October 2014. He is the main applicant and is on Tier One General and has been here for 5 years and I have been here from March 2012 on Tier One General Dependant.

Should we both use just one form SET (M) and use my details there as dependant or use SET (M) for him as he is main applicant and SET (O) for me?
