ILR From india No response even after 10 months

Hi,

My friend applied visa for his wife and kids from India 10 months ago. He is a PR holder and he is living in UK. Still they didn't get their visa, is there any way to find out the progress of their visa status. All the necessary documents has been submitted.

He applied for ILR for them? What is their current visa status?

yes he applied ILR for them. they were in tier 1 general dependent.

Did they ever live in UK?

Not now. they are in India. they applied from India.

Are you sure he applied for ILR for his dependents?

Or did he apply for spouse visa (ILR dependent) etc on VAF4A?

Have their Tier 1 dependent visas expired?

You cannot apply for ILR outside of the UK.
