ILR - T2 General - Maternity Exemption Certificate

Post by anub2016 » Tue Feb 15, 2022 1:44 am

Hi,

Is applying for the 'Maternity Exemption Certificate' on Tier 2 (General) visa considered as using the Public Funds?

Would this impact the ILR application in any way?

The Midwife has already applied for the Digital Maternity Exemption Certificate.

Many Thanks.

Many Thanks CR001.

I was looking at the official Home Office guidance but have not been able to find anything with regard to the Maternity Exemption Certificate not being a Public Fund.

Could you please point me to the link/document that states this?

Many Thanks.
