ILR (LR) eligibility if i have CCJ

Post by Imdian1255 » Mon Nov 18, 2024 3:26 pm

Hi,
I have a CCJ which I have only found out recently. I have made my application already. Will this affect my application outcome?
Also, I have made a standard application. Is there a way to change it to priority? Want to switch due to family medical reasons.
If I have to go out of country what options do I have, do i need to withdraw my application? My dependent visa is valid until August 2025.

Can someone pls guide me.

Thank you in advance.

CCJ does not affect ILR. You cannot upgrade the visa service you chose to priority now.
To leave the UK, you should withdraw your application and apply again when you return.

Thank you Zimba for the reply.

Or do i have any other options. My mother is terminally ill. how can i fast track my application?

You may apply again and choose the super-priority service. However, note that there are no service guarantees and you may not even be offered a priority service option.
