ILR PBS dependant (Kids)

Hello,

I have just got my ILR based on 5-year tier 2 route.
My wife is about to apply for her ILR as my dependant as her 5 years have just passed.
We also have 2 kids who were born outside UK and currently on PBS dependant visas.
The kids spent 2.5 and 4.5 years on their visas.

Can my wife include our kids in her ILR application?

can you please advise if we need to use SET(O) or SET(F) form for our kids application now.

Why didn't you include them with your wife's application? This would have been the simplest thing to do.

Either set o or set F. They have slightly different requirements.

I have read SET(o) application legibility criteria one more time. It looks like children can only be included in SET(o) as a part of partner application.

Am I being wrong?

Your children as PBS dependents can apply on SET(O).
