ILR Question

Hi,
I came to UK in Sep 2001 as student, after completing my education, I started working a company here and have been on 5 year Work Permit since June 2007. It 10 years in Sep 2011 since I have been here, my question is

1. Can I make an application after Sep 2011 or should I prepare and send it couple of months in advance?
2. Would I have to get my WP extended as it would expire in June 2012?
3. If I am given ILR, do I still need my WP during neutralization period.
4. Can bring my Spouse from my home country before 2011?

4. You can bring ur spouse now! Dependant visa - she can work on it too for whoever she likes.

However, you might prefer to leave the missus at home, I understand, mate, those lap-dancing clubs are EVERYWHERE in the uk, even Leeds.......

See also Chapter 5 - Employment annexes > Annex F - Settlement guidance general. Under what category are you planning to apply for ILR? Dependants in the UK cannot be included under the Long Residence but may be included under work permit.

Last time I checked, the HO weren`t providing that service to immigrants...just yet
