ILR requirement for minor born outside UK

Hello guys,

Hope everyone are staying home safe.

I got my ILR in Aug 2019 and my family joined on Dec 2019 (PBS dependents, but stayed outside UK morethan 9 months). I have 3 years old kid who visa is getting expried in May 2020.

My question is how long my kid has to stay on ILR dependent visa to get eligibility for Citizenship.

Please do let me know what is the best way and what kind of visa process I need to go for.

The child will qualify for ilr when the other parent does.
