ILR requirments for Tier 2 Dependant

Post by abcharlie » Sun Jan 24, 2016 6:12 pm

Hello ,

I am currently applying for ILR on the basis of Tier 2 General for five years .

I have a few queiries regarding my dependant ( wife).

1.While applying do i need to fill in a separate application form for her ( there is no seperate application form on the website ).
2. When providing my ( the main applicant's immigration history i.e periods of leaving and coming to the country) ... do i need to provide the immigration history for the dependant as well ???
3. And if so does the dependant also need proof of that period off absence from the country from her Employers that she was on paid annual leave during that period?

Many thanks

Abcharlie.

Assuming she qualifies for ILR at the same time as you as your post doesn't say which form.

1. One Set(O) form for both of you. You as main applicant, wife as depedent

2. No

3. No
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Yes I think she qualifies as well as she came to the country before the 9th of July 2012. So i think she does . the only problem is due to work reasons we havent completed full years of staying together .

Thanks
