ILR Set (M) Document List

Post by inky66 » Thu Jul 01, 2021 6:53 am

I'm in exactly the same situation, preparing to apply for my husband after 1 x fiance and 2 x FLMs on 5 year route.

Previously I was able to find word/PDF copies of the application form and guidance notes on the gov.uk website. I cannot locate these anywhere. Can anyone advise? i'm looking for the application form guidance as well guidance on the documents to provide and financial requirement. I have found documetns on various imiigation sites or linkes ot versions from 2016, 2017...is there anything more recent?

Previously I used an immigration advisor just to have a 1 hr consultation to go through my completed application form and paperwork before submission, he previously cost £175 for the hour but has gone up to 350+VAT now - is this normal?!

Thanks

The documents are mostly the exact same updated ones you used for FLR M extension plus B1 English and liuk.

Presumably you are counting the qualifying period from the date of first FLR M visa gtanted and not including the fiance visa in the 5 years period for ilr as fiance visa doesn't count.
