ILR SET (O) query

Hi All,

I have a doubt to clarify for: I'll be applying for ILR via PEO in the first week of June along with my dependent spouse. I'm assuming that, would need to submit a single SET(O) application for both myself & dependent. Pls clarify, do we both need to submit a SINGLE SET(O) application or one set of SET(O) for myself & SET(M) for dependent applications or two SET(O) applications ?

PBS main applicant and PBS dependent use one Set(O) provided the dependent meets the requirements.

Set(M) is only for a spouse of BC or someone settled. You are neither.
