iLR Set (LR)

Needs to know am i eligible to apply iLR

Enter UK 10th Dec 2010 Tier4 (Visa Expiry 23 March 2013)

21 Jan 2013 got Tier4 (Visa Expiry 27 July 2013)

Applied Business Visa 25 July 2013
Got rejection 10 Feb 2015 with in country appeal

16 Feb 2015 lodged Appeal (Hearing date 1 Aug 2015)

Judge decision came 2 Nov 2015 (homeoffice to reconsider my case again)

Got rejection again 2 July 2016 with appeal right

Lodge appeal 10 july 2016 (Hearing date 3 nov 2017)

Till above my 3c valid and i have working right too, i was working normally

30 July 2017 i have sent letter to court to withdraw my hearing because i am going to varies my case with HO to FLRM.
Same i did to HO i hve sent letter 30 July 3017, where i mentioned i am going to varies my pending business visa to FLRM.
i have also sent home office my withdraw appeal letter copy and my window appointment which was 13 august 2017.
I have provided all the documenta for the flrm to ho like my payslips, my wife payslips, bills n etc

And i got the 2.5 years flrm Visa on the same day 13 august 2017 which expired 10 Feb 2020 than again i applied again flrm extension On 7 feb 2020 and got visa 26 august 2022

But in Dec my 10 years will b complete so am i able to put iLR. Is my 3C is fine ?

Your section 3C ended in 2017 when you applied for FLR(M) but the period of overstaying will be disregarded for ILR

So can i go on ten years iLR or through FLR(M) ?

You can get ILR via SET(LR) long residence
