ILR - Standard standard service questions

Hi Friends, On the ILR form, how does one interpret the word "LIVED" in this question:
"Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?"

If I answer YES, then it prompts one to enter the name of each country and the entry/exit date. And then it says
"Enter any additional country you have lived in or visited prior to coming to the UK"

A few persons I spoke to said, that you can exclude all short visits and holidays upto 7 days.
Some persons said that you can only include countries where you went on a WORK PERMIT as opposed to a Business Visa or a Visit / Tourist Visa.

How would you interpret this ? Reason I am asking is that I have made over a 100 trips in the past 30 years before coming to the UK and the passport stamps are all in random orders... so its difficult to list all the trips.

Please NOTE That this question, is different from the question "Provide a list of all countries visited outside the UK, DURING THE 5 YEAR PERIOD YOU SPENT IN THE UK" ... This is fine.... I had been maintaining this list since I came here in 2015. Any guidance would be appreciated

Lived is not the same as visited. It is clear. Simply add the ones you LIVED in not simply visited

Hi All, If a person has completed 5 years on a Tier 2 general work visa and his visa expires on 30-April-2020 and he applies for his ILR on 30-March-2020 and uses the STANDARD SERVICE, then it says "
Standard service : pay 9632.80 GBP, most people get a decision within 26 weeks of submitting their on-line application
"
Does this mean the person can stay and work in the country for 26 weeks from the date of application ?

In general the ILR application can only be made 30 days before the Tier 2 Visa Expiry Date and now if it says they will take 26 weeks ( 6 months ), I guess it effectively means that the person can overstay his visa by 5 months. Is that Right ?

ofcourse they may give the decision before 30-April-2020 in which case all will be fine...

But look forward to responses from persons who have been in this situation...

Yes.

28 days NOT 30 days and it is 28 days before reaching 5 years counted from initial visa issue date and NOT date if entry to the UK.

There is NO "overstay"!! An application submitted online before visa application is an in time application and section 3C kicks in once visa expires which means your existing visa conditions continue while HO processes your application. Not sure where to got the idea you are overstaying!
