ILR STATUS QUESTION (ACCOMPANYING SPOUSE OUTSIDE OF UK)

Good Morning,

I recently received my ILR status without delay ( 1 month ago) since my wife and I have been leaving together for 7 years outside of the UK.

My wife however has a job offer in Canada starting next september (in 5 months). The job will be 3- 5 years. If I leave the UK to be with my wife, will I lose my ILR status or do they consider the fact I will be accompanying my wife who is a British Citizen? Any web links providing this information would help.

You may have been issued ILE, not ILR. ILR cannot be applied for from outside the UK?

What is the expiry date given? Did you pass the LITUK test before you applied for your visa?
