What have you applied for exactly?

What is your UK Immigration history?

You don't get a 'COA' for ILR or LLR.

You simply need to wait to hear back from HO.

It would be useful if you stated your immigration history (as already asked) and all start and expiry dates and dates of application for ilr if you expect any advice from members.

If you submitted an in time application you get section 3c protection which means your visa conditions continue while HO processes your application.

Ok , I’ll try to give you some information tomorrow, but a quick resume... here it goes, back in 2009 we were granted descritionary leave to remain and we have been reapplying since then. I’ll give you more info tomorrow, thanks
