ILR through 5 year spouse visa

HI, I am going to apply for ILR in February as a spouse of a British citizen 5-years route. I qualify for the exemption from the financial requirement as my husband is getting PIP (personal independence payment).I am not working.
I passed Life in the UK test and B1 English in 2018.
Can I apply for the British citizenship immediately after getting ILR under the same circumstances without waiting one year?

You can apply for citizenship once you have ILR provided you meet the standard requirements as spouse of BC based on 3 years residence.
