He is applying in the beginning of March. Oh so he can get the result within 24 hours but another £610 will be charged!!!
I am applying for an extension since my husband just granted ILR yesterday. The application form is actually quite clear and I don't think I will have problems with the application.
Yes I answered that ILR question before this CoS one, and that was also the reason I wondered why UKBA still wants to know the length of my husband’s CoS.
I tried to pay the health surcharge, and the online form asked me to fill in my husband's "visa" expiry date. Since he has been granted ILR, I thought it was asking it's expiry date, which is 31-Dec-2024. Then the system asked me to pay 4800 in total (me and my daughter)!!!!! Now the system doesn't let me to go back and edit my answers. Should I start a new application? And did I fill in the wrong answer? Should I fill in my husband's tier 2 visa expiry date, which is 30-Mar-2019?
You need to put the ILR expiry date as 3 years from now to get the correct £1200 IHS fee per applicant.sandydec26 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 8:55 amI tried to pay the health surcharge, and the online form asked me to fill in my husband's "visa" expiry date. If I put the ILR expiry date as 3 years from now, then I would be providing an incorrect information?
No you are not. It will have NO effect on the application. HO is very aware of this glitch and 100s have done this and had approvals without any issues. If I put the ILR expiry date as 3 years from now, then I would be providing an incorrect information?
You will likely have to start the whole application again.Just now I tried to pay IHS without linking my application, but when I clicked Sign In, the system go straight to "4800-PAY NOW" page.
My daughter and I had a new service appointment on 21st March, and so far we haven’t received the decision letter. Today, DX delivered my daughter’s BRP only. Do you think it’s a mistake that HO forgot my BRP? Or should I contact them or should I wait for a few more days?CR001 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 9:36 amNo you are not.
