ILR with Daughter UK Born

ILR with Daughter UK Born

Hi There,

I am on tier-1 with wife and 5 yrs uk born daughter. This September I am thinking to go for ILR. Can anybody who has done ILR recently advise me that do I need to file ILR application for my UK Born daughter as well. Her DOB is 04 Aug 2010 and We are in UK from 06 June 2010.

What's entry-exit rule that we should consider before we go for ILR?

No you don't but this will only apply if you plan to register her as British. Does she have a current visa?
