ILR 5 year timeframe

Situation is as follows:

Visa date: 29/10/2009
Entry Date: 17/02/2010 (more than 90 days)

Extension application sent on: 25/10/2012
BRP start date: 25/01/2013
BRP end date: 25/01/2015

My 5 year residence will complete on 17/02/2015. However, there is the 28 day rule. When is the earliest I can apply for ILR?

No earlier than 17/02/2015 less 28 days!! Easy to calculate!!
